Catering

Packages are buffet style includes plates utensils and paper goods (Sandwich boxes are the only individual package option). Catering packages can be individually packed at additional cost, and only upon request. And also, your choice of sauces. Your choice of rolls or buns. Choice of meat; sausage. St. Louis style ribs (ribs by the slab), Chicken (pulled or on the bone), brisket, rib tips, sausage, and pulled pork. Add $2.00 per person for individual packages

À la Carte/Meat by the Pound.

You can check out the menu section for meats by the pound (rule of thumb a pound of meat should be four servings), that is a quarter of a pound per person. St. Louis style Ribs (rib are by the slab), Pulled pork, Pulled Chicken (or chicken on the bone), sausage, brisket, rib tips,. We offer halal meat ( all cooked on a separate grill). Specialty meats are also available. ( beef ribs, smoked salmon, turkey.)

Delivery

Set minimums for catering is at $300. We deliver food hot or cold and we offer to set up the food selections for service for additional cost. The cost service is determined by the size of the event. Minimum delivery charge of $25 with a 10 mile radius. Wire chafing racks fuel and serving utensils are $30 extra for each set (set of 3).

Pick up

We are a food truck business. Pick up orders are only Saturday and Sunday, Open time is !2pm. So, pick up times are very flexible Saturday and Sunday. Most pickups will be at our main address at 8801 New Tampa Boulevard Tampa, FL 33647... Weekdays are delivery days. Hot food will be hot and will come with heating instructions if needed. We are also able to do on site Catering.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable . Once we receive deposits we start purchasing and preparing to make your event stand out! Final payment is due on the day of pick up and promptly at delivery!
We accept check, cash or charge. if you would like to have an invoice emailed, we have those capabilities.
